FAQs

Can I change or cancel plans at any time?

Yes. Online plans have no term commitments.

What happens if I change plans mid-month?

When you upgrade, we will charge you the difference between your current plan and your new plan, and your new functionality will be immediately available. If you downgrade, we will charge you the new price on your billing date.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept online credit card payments and support MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

For which countries do you provide text message support?

Signal provides out of the box support for text messaging in the United States and Canada via short code. We also support text messaging via local phone number in the United KingdomSpain and Australia. We’re actively evaluating additional countries to launch service in. If you’re interested in using Signal in your country, email support@signalhq.com.

Can I upload a list of phone numbers to use for text messaging?

Unfortunately no. In order to help you comply with FCC and wireless carrier rules, we do not allow you to upload phone numbers to your account in order to send text messages to those phone numbers (even on a double opt-in basis). We provide you with many tools (text keywords, subscribe buttons, web forms, landing pages, iPad app) to help you build your customer database. All text messaging subscribers must initiate the subscription process via one of these methods.
